Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Que Chi was born in 1969, graduated with a Master degree in Finance and Monetary Economics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. HCM. She has over 21 years of experience and holds senior management positions at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) and Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank).
Ms. Chi was the General Director of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank – SBJ). She was also awarded the Medal of Honor by the State Bank of Vietnam in April 2012.
