Dr – Lawyer Bui Quang Tin is the President and CEO of BizLight Business School, founding member of Globalink law firm, member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and Vietnam Bar Ferderation, lecturer in the Department of Business administration of Banking university and Law university. Dr Tin has more than 25 years of experience in researching, teaching and working in banking and finance segment, therefore, he also spent 7 years on researching, stuyding about legal fields.He was invited to teach in lots of universities and companies in the country, institutions about  subjects: Finance, Banking, Law ….

Dr.Tin has studied MBA aboard in the USA with major fiancial management bank since 2003 and he worked in the Bank of America in Texas, USA three years after he had finished his coures .In year 2013, he came back to Vietnam and continued to work in Sacombank, hold the position of Director of foreign exchange business, at the same time, he was honored as a Doctor in Economics with a major in finance and banking. He was graduated from the bachelor’s degree program in Law university and officially joined in the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and Vietnam Bar Ferderation as well as completed the Master of Economic Law in Law university in 09/2017.

Lawyer Bui Quang Tin also participated in and successfully completed several specialized training courses in Banking and Finance, funded by the Luxembourg Government (one year) and the Swiss Government. (SECO 2) (  2 years duration).

He also participated in many seminars as well as published many researches in the field of economics and legal as well as articles in valuable journals in Vietnam. In particular, Dr. Tin has been invited to give speeches on various television programs of national and international popular television stations such as National Television Station (KBS1), Vietnam Television (VTV1, VTV24, VTV9), Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV7, HTV9), Vietnam News Agency (Vnews), Financial Economics Channel (VITV, Infotivi, FBNC) … as well as being invited to interview and comment on various specialized economic and legal issues in various articles and magazines such as Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Vnexpress, Labor, Sai Gon Investment, www.baochinhphu.vn,www.daibieunhandan.vn,www.thoibaonganhang.vn,www.cafef.vn, www.tinnhanhchungkhoan.vn, www.baotintuc.vn, …

In addition, he was invited to be a main speaker at seminars and workshops held by the Central Economic Commission, Ministry of Justice, VCCI, HCM City Business Association, Thanh Nien Newspaper, … organized annually on a wide range of economic and legal topics in various fields such as finance, banking, tax, legal, marketing, sales, soft skills, real estate, … Dr.Tin is also invited many universities in the country council members to evaluate the results of many valuable scientific research in the field of economics and law.For a long time working with domestic and foreign companies and corporations such as: Bank of America, IMF, ANZ, HSBC, City Bank, Sacombank, etc. He has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in the field: financial consulting, banking and other legal consultancy. Moreover, the advantage of using English proficiency is also his strength in researching  and communication in the field of economics, law as well as legal advice for foreign clients.
